I
just wanted to take a moment to let you know how
much I enjoyed the Director's Boot Camp that I
attended in Plano. This was the first one of your
trainings that I have been to, but you can rest
assured that it won't be my last! It was so nice to
attend a training that was so packed full of great
information that applied to me! I have attended so
many trainings that leave me feeling that I have
wasted my time. It was nice to be able to take what
I learned from you and go back to my center and
apply it the very next day. I contacted Sonic in
town and they donated gift cards to my teachers that
were included in with their paychecks this last
week. I've also posted a "Get to Know Your Teachers"
wall in our hallway with pictures and short bio's of
the staff for parents to look at. In addition we had
a "Flip Flop Friday" this last week and took your
advice to allow the grade school to judge the
teacher's toes. It was so much fun!!!
I want you to
know that I fully intend to schedule trainings here
at my center for you to come talk with my staff and
you will see our smiling faces in your scheduled
trainings for years to come. Thank you for all that
you do to make the Child Care Centers in our area
the best they can be!

The contacts
and connections I have made from setting up a booth
at the Child Care Consulting Conferences are by far
the largest influence on the growth of my business.
I can truly say that had it not been for the

Just wanted to let you know how much I (and my
center directors) enjoyed the boot camp training in
July. It is one of the best trainings I have been too

n a long time and in my line of work
I go to a lot of trainings. Having said that you
brought up about the use of cells phone with daycare
providers (we call our child development
specialists). They want to keep the phone with them and I am very concerned now with
some
of the experiences that you shared. Our district policy is very weak and really does not pertain to
childcare teachers but regular classroom teachers.
Are there some cases or
places on the internet that you
would direct me too to share
with
upper level district
administration
regarding the liabilities and possible injuries to
the child and or teacher.
If you ever
need any
assistance
with training I would be very interested…
